Chiefs Game 2012

On May 23, students who participated in the spring "duck chuck" were treated to a Peoria Chiefs game.

Chiefs lost 11-0 but fun was had by all!

Mid Illini Retriever Club uses Astoria High School students to help with their annual contests. For three days each spring and fall the students toss ducks that the labradors then retrieve in a field trial that brings dogs from all over the midwest and south. Students raise money that benefits clubs and organizations such as fishing, cross country, FFA, and junior class prom fund.

Hot dogs and soda!
